Owner Lisa McCaffety-Scott (Ba, Rice University) has more than 20 years of professional experience in the non-profit sector ranging from CFO/COO and acting Executive Director positions to capital campaign management, in environments ranging from the private university setting to public charities in the arts, environment, special needs, and low-income community service programs.
Campaign strategist and special event development: Lisa McCaffety-Scott has initiated and developed several original fundraising and advocacy campaigns and events that have become sustainable annual programs. She and her team also act as campaign and event managers for existing programs, bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to proven models. MSLLC excels at exploring new avenues of support for clients, resulting in improved stakeholder networks and fund raising ability.
Staffing and systems: Evaluation of staffing structure and functions; skill-building training for development-related administration; evaluation and advising on overall donor management technology.
